Robert “Rob” Machate concentrates his practice on litigation. Rob earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2014 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 2017. Upon graduation, Rob served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County. While at the State Attorney’s Office, he prosecuted hundreds of cases, and tried many jury trials. Prior to joining Robert Allen Law, Rob worked in the West Palm Beach office of a national law firm where he concentrated on complex commercial litigation.
